Return and Exchange Policy - EscapeInGarden

At EscapeInGarden, we offer flexible solutions to ensure your satisfaction:

1. Time limits and eligible countries:

  • You have 14 days after receipt to make an exchange.
  • Eligible countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Canada, Switzerland* (Specific conditions apply for Switzerland, please contact customer service for more details).

2. Refund for product defect:

  • Send us an email with photos of the item to initiate a refund.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days after inspection of the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Option to keep the item with a partial refund without returning it:

  • Keep the item and receive a 30% refund of its value.

4. Option to keep the item with a defect and return the non-compliant item:

  • We will send you the compliant item free of charge.

5. Full refund for size issues with mandatory return:

  • Send us an email to initiate a return and full refund.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after inspection of the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Option to keep the item in case of size issues with repurchase of the correct size at a reduced price:

  • Send us an email to initiate a repurchase of the correct size.
  • We will provide you with a discount code so that you can purchase your item in the correct size.

Gift Items and Promo Codes:

  • Gift items must be returned for a full refund.
  • Free gifts with promo codes are subject to minimum purchase requirements. By default, the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are unsure whether you need to return your gift, please contact our customer service team.

Exceptions:

  • Underwear and gift cards are not eligible for return due to hygiene and policy reasons.

Return and Exchange Procedure:

  • Confirm the return by email with photos of the product(s) to lexusconsulting852@gmail.com
  • Return the order in its original condition and packaging.
  • Include your order number in the package and the reason for the return (exchange-refund-credit note).
  • We recommend that you choose a shipping method that requires a signature and includes insurance.

Return Processing:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returns are processed within a maximum of 14 business days after receipt.

Note:

  • Insure your package when shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Late returns (after 30 days) will not be refunded.
  • Returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent to our central warehouse in Canada.
